The gatekeeper from Hell

Throwing the gates wide open

After the 2006 national elections the newly formed Dutch coalition government agreed to give a amnesty to 26,000 asylum seekers. Deputy Minister of Justice Nebahat Albayrak today reported to Dutch parliament that over 27,000 asylum seekers (Dutch) have been issued residence permits. All of them will also receive housing by the end of the year. 24,000 already received housing. 6,000 asylum seekers were turned down due to fraudulent paperwork. Those who were turned down are supposed to leave The Netherlands. In practice a significant number of them will become illegal residents and contribute to alieniation and insecurity of Dutch citizens.

There is special hardship in the fact that the apparatchik, Nebahat Albayrak, who is administration the entrance of this host of foreigners descending on the Dutch nation is herself of immigrant stock.

Belgium wants an amnesty for illegal citizens

Anchor children are politicians excuse to legalize law breakers

The Belgian Minister of Migration Annemie Turtelboom wants a amnesty for illegal foreigners residing in Belgium. The amnesty is specifically for illegals with children enrolled in Belgian schools. These families are said to be "anchored in Begian society".

The amnesty is said to concern 4,000 to 8,000 people.

Experience with amnesty's shows that:

-the numbers are always much bigger than expected. E.g. when an Israeli Boeing crashed into a apartment complex in Amsterdam South East, a Black African neighbourhood, the Labour dominated municipality managed to wheedle a blanket amnesty form the national government. The news set of a stampede of often Frenchspeaking Africans from Belgium and France who came looking for an easy quick path to EU citizensship. The number of applications was 1,588. A multiple of the number of people that the apartment complex could accomodate.
-the problems that have been solved by legallizing the illegals are immediately recreated on a larger scale as new illegals pour in due to the expectation that they too have a future as a legal citizen. Amnesty is not really a fix, but an ongoing hollowing out of citizensship of the country that tries it.

Effect larger than Belgium

The amnesty will have an effect on neighbouring countries like France and The Netherlands too. Belgian citizensship is also EU citizensship and these people will be free to settle everywhere in the EU under the 1992 Schengen treaty.

USA makes suicide attempt

The political elite of the US is working on killing the Nation, quickly. Before they just tried to do it slowly.

Parapundit:

"US Senate proposal for massive illigal alien amnesty"

The proposal seeks to legalize 12-20 million illigals, mostly Hispanics. It is a big step towards the elimination of the USA as a nation and a global player.

The elimination of the USA as a global player will have mayor implications for nations in Europe, the Middle East, India and China, which are used to play politics and war in the shadows of hyperpower USA. The stakes for these nations will be raised.

This proposal is so bad that it finally seems to have woken up Mark "Demography" Steyn from his slumber:
I'm not a fan of "bipartisanship" for its own sake. This is a very divided political culture in which bipartisanship is all but nonexistent on everything else, starting with war and national security. So, when the political class is in lockstep bipartisan mode, that's sufficiently unusual all by itself. When it's in bipartisan mode on an issue on which the public is diametrically opposed, that looks less like bipartisanship and more like the lockstep myopia of an out-of-touch one-party state.
AND
At some point, it's worth trying to climb over the rubble of the 2007 Z-1s and the 1986 amnesty and the 1965 immigration act, and going back to basics: What is immigration for? In the modern Western world, to question immigration in even the most cautious way is to risk being demonized as a racist. Most of us like to see ourselves as nice people, and so even to raise the subject of immigration -- even illegal immigration -- feels like an assault not on distant foreigners so much as on our self-image. Yet, whatever the virtuousness of immigration for the host society, a dependence on it is a sign of profound structural weakness, and, when all the self-congratulation about celebrating diversity has died down, that weakness ought to be understood as such. The unspoken premise behind this bill is that the socioeconomic order in America is now so dependent on the vast apparatus of a giant shadow state of illegal immigrants that it cannot be dismantled but only legitimized and thereby expanded. If that is true, that is a basic structural defect that should be addressed honestly.

This is the first time Steyn questions IMMIGRATION, as far as I know.

More insults

The new Dutch coalition is still working on new deals between the three parties. Labour is pushing for a amnesty for failed asylum seekers and has received a new concession from the friggin' Christian coalition parties (Christian Democrats and Christian Union).

This concession is that asylum seekers who are proven lie-ers will also be included in the amnesty. The limit is one lie.

Lets just round this scum up and kill 'em all. I am talking about the coalition politicians. I get so effing disgusted......

Advanced population replacement: vote buying

Well, the new Dutch centre-left government is getting under steam. We have got a government of Christian Dems (CDA), Labour and Christian Union (CU). They have made a coalition covenant or regeeraccoord, as is usual in Dutch multi-party democracy.

Labour party leader Wouter Bos is now sitting on the money chest, he is the Treasurer. A Dutch idiom "tying a cat to bacon" comes to mind.

Treasurer Bos is now complaining that there are some bears on his road. He has difficulties in balancing the 2008 budget. He estimates he will be about 2 Billion Euros short. On a rougly 158 Billion Euro annual budget. One (1) Euro is worth a bit more than one (1) US dollar, but one can say they are rougly equivalent.

The biggest bear on the road is one Treasurer Bos let out of cage when he was still Labour leader Bos. When Mr. Wouter Bos negotiated the coalition covenant with his partners, he demanded a pardon for 26.000 failed asylum seekers. These asylum seekers had exhausted all legal means to find asylum and had been turned down at all decision points. They had to be deported. However, Mr. Bos demanded an amnesty and he got it. Labour leader Bos knows full well that most of these immigrants will become Labour voters in the future, so for his party this is a long term investment and the beauty of the scheme is they can pass on the expense to the tax payer.

Which is why Treasurer Bos now has trouble to make ends meet. The amnesty will cost an estimated 500 to 800 million Euros. There are estimates (Dutch) that it will be much more. So the amnesty is responsible for a quarter to a third of of the bears on Treasurer Bos' road.

I have got all faith in Treasurer Wouter Bos' ability though. He surely will find the money to finance his party's vote buying scheme. Good to know that we are led by such very able people.
