The good thing about Europe

The good thing about Europe compared to North America is the number of countries. Europe has, well let me see more than 30 countries, while North America only has 2.

With opposition to mass immigration growing everywhere in the Western world this means that the odds that there is a breakthrough of a new movement are much better in Europe than in North America. And when one country breaks away from the Western elites domination of the political sphere it has repercussions in neighbouring countries. When The Netherlands and Denmark get serious about opposing immigration it has an effect on the influx of foreigners in the neighbouring countries. Local neighbouring populations see that the Danes and Dutch can have immigration reform, so why not in their country. Besides all these Black and Muslims from Denmark and The Netherlands are turning up in the neighbouring countries further straining the social and fiscal fabric.

And if the USA went under because of Hispanic immigration, well what is Canada going to do about it. But Europe does not really have a dominant centre like North America. If France and The Netherlands would succumb to Islam the local political elites, the very leftists that caused the problems, will be out of jobs and power. They will come begging to their friends and allies in other European countries, moaning about those naughty Muslims. Well, great. That means that elites in a countries like Spain, Belgium and Germany will be thoroughly warned. People in the political elites will be shocked and think, what if this happens to my country? I have sacrificed twenty years of my life to come where I am now and if the Muslims take over all my chances will be doubtfull. Hey, let's look at this immigration nonsense again. Let's start a debate or write a book about it.

Also Europe is much more densely populated than North America. Even if one wants to run, there is no place to run to. Well, that is in brief some reasons why I think we will increasingly hear good things coming out of Europe.

I think I agree, but on the other hand:

The USA has a very strong Christian tradition, whereas Europe, especially Western Europe has become almost completely seculiar in the last 50 years; those who still believe in 'someting' aren't willing to sacrifice anything to defend their freedom.

In the USA those 'God fearing men and women' probably won't go under without a fight.

And now for something completely different:

In you blog I miss the links to recent posts on the homepage. The menu column on the right starts with all kinds of links to other sites, and has only at the bottem links to the archives.

Would you be able to bring back the links to recent posts?

Cheers, MZ

America won't go "under" because of Hispanic immigration. Hispanics make terrific Americans. I see them as our likely salvation, not damnation. They are Catholics with a strong work ethic. I've known many.

An additional problem for NA is the construction of a 'white nationalism'. The problem with forming a 'white natonalism' is that even amongst Euro-Caucasians there is genetic distance. Ethnic genetic interests (EGI) exist, distinctly, for Euro subset in NA. As difficult as it was for Marcus Garvey to form a pan African, or black nationalist movement, the same problem will exist for white nationalists. IMO, Madison Grant, was most insightful on European immigration. NA was an Anglo-Saxon construct, racially and religiously homogeneous. Those closest to that EGI were the Dutch, the Danes, Germans, in other words the Nordic peoples. While it may be a stretch to say everyone south of Leco are Arabs, it appears that, genetically speaking, the Greeks are closer to Iraqis than to the English. Haider, in Austria, pointed out the necessity of excluding other white groups in order to build an anti-immigration effort. In his view, Russians, Poles, and Croats were as culpable for Austrian immigration problems as the Turks.

I don´t think so, Leftists are not so stupid, they want to destroy Western Values, Christianity among them, the Left sees Islam and immigrants as a weapon to their aims. They fooly believe that they can manage later Muslims, but first they need them to destroy Capitalism and the old Western World.
They will be killed like in Iran. Did Leftists in Iran asked for help? They didn´t.

desmond, I don't think it has so much to do with race, as it does religion. I'm ethnic Norwegian, my best friends here in Texas are 1. Vietnamese 2. Ethiopian 3. Mexican. What all 3 have in common is that they are Christians (Catholic, Coptic, Catholic respectively). I am Protestant.

I have secular friends, and they ae fun to party with, but they are not the type of people you would trust your life (or your country) with. I also have muslim acquaintences, and wouldn't trust them with anything. I've never known a muslim-to-Christian convert, but I think that would be revealing.

eyesallaround,

Your emphasis on culture and religion causes you to completely miss the biological importance of race. Like it or not, mestizos and blacks do not have the same level of average intelligence as whites. A country that is 40% Mexican is never going to achieve the same standard of living as a country that is 90% white. Nor is it going to produce the same high level of art, culture, or scientific achievements that are characteristic of the West.

Europeans are in a very difficult position, primarily due to the experience of World War Two or World War One. Believe me, if America had a civil war (which Europe had, twice! ) , which resulted in millions upon millions of Americans dying, the USA's attitude to matters military would definitely be a lot more pacifist.

Americans dismiss this as Europeans being "cowards", but it is based on terrible folk memories, passed down through the generations - memories of the trenches of Flanders, the battles of Kursk and Stalingrad, the concentration camps.

Such terrible folk memories will take generations to forget, and I hope more enlightened Americans do understand that.

Quietly though, in terms of our intelligence services and security services, Europe has been an indispensible ally of the Americans, and I'm pretty sure the vast bulk of Americans do know that , at the end of the day, Europe really is a close ally in this world, despite the occasional fights. Heck, even brother and sister have fights occasionally , dont they?
